摘要
本文报道在152例具有A、B型行为类型的老年冠心病患者中,发现应用心理疗法配合药物治疗者。在症状改善,心电图及血脂的恢复方面,效果均优于单纯药物治疗的冠心病患者,统计学处理有非常显著意义(P<0.01);特别是有明显社会心理因素的39例A型行为类型的患者,疗效更为明显。
In 152 cases of senile CHD patients with typ 'A' behavior pattern or type 'B' behavior pattern, we found that the therapeutil effect in symptoms, ECG and blood-fat was better than those patients only treated with medication (p<0.01). Psychotherapy together with medication was particularly good in 39 type 'A' behavior cases who had apparent social psychological factors.
