摘要
本文观察了消炎痛结膜下注射治疗眼前带创伤性炎症,发现消炎痛对自由基有很强的抑制作用。治疗眼房水中MDA值和化学发光值与对照眼相比较,P<0.01。
Trauma inflammation of ocular anterior segment treated by indomethacin administered in subconjunctiva was observed. It is found that free radical was inhibited by indomethacin strongly. The value of MDA and chemilluminescenece in aqueous humor of treatment eyes was compared with control eye: P<0.01.
