摘要
此种隆乳术,把单纯腺体切除、乳房缩小整形与隆乳结合起来。乳房下半部作成真皮-皮下脂肪蒂营养乳晕,为新乳房中心柱;下半部成为双蒂皮瓣及乳晕上移,构成新乳房覆盖,全部切除腺体。中心柱及覆盖靠两层荷包缝合塑出塔形乳房。既预防乳腺癌又达到隆乳效果。
A method of breast augmentation was designd in combind subcutaneous mastectomy with redution mammaplasty. The lower half formed a dermis-subcutaneous pedicle including areolar of nipple and made to be a centric core of new breast. The upper part was dissected as a double pedicle flap With upcoard shift of areolar and made to be a round cover of new berast. After subcutaneous mastectomy, the centric core and round cover were sutured together by pursestring method in oder to form a oval and spiry breast. This method might prevent breast carcinoma and give a good shape of breast.
