摘要
要进行机械零件的可靠性设计,就需要知道概率密度和联合概率密度。但是,在工程实际中是很难有足够的资料来确定它们的。而常见的是,有足够的资料来确定它们的一阶矩和二阶矩(即均值、方差和协方差)。这样,可采用二阶矩的方法求得工程中常用的可靠性指标β。本文据此对机械零件的可靠性设计进行了研究。
The reliability design of mechanical components requires the knowledge of distributions, or joint distribution. In practice, this information is often unavailable or difficut to obtain for reasons of insufficient iata. Not infrequently, the available information or data may be sufficient only to evaluate the first and second moments; namely, the mean values, variances and covanriances of the random variables. With the second-moment approach, the reliability may be measured entirely with the reliability index β. This paper studies the reliability design of mechanical components with reliability index.
