摘要
吴茱萸汤水煎醇沉法制成的注射液,能显著加强离体蟾蜍心和在体兔心的心肌收缩力,增加蟾蜍心输出量,升高麻醉狗和大鼠血压,对麻醉兔球结膜微动脉呈先短暂收缩,后持久扩张,迅速增快微血流流速,改善流态,离散聚集的红细胞,增加毛细血管网交点数;能显著提高晚期失血性休克兔的生存率,升高血压,增加尿量。这些结果提示吴茱萸汤注射液对失血失液后的气虚阳脱型厥脱证(包括休克)有一定的回阳固脱功效。
The results showed that Injectio Wu Zhuyu Tang increased significantly the myocardial contractile extent and cardiac outpout of the rabbits and isolated toad hearts; had a significant pressor effect in anesthesized dogs and rats; had a effect of first temporary vasoco-ntraction and then lasting vasodilation in arteriole, of increasing rapidly the blood flow, dispersing the aggregation of erythrocytes, adding obviously the cross number of capillary network, in the experiment of rabbits bulbar conjunctiva microcirculation; improved the survival rate of rabbits in hemorrhagic shock, completely reversed the decrease in the blood pressure and the urine output of shocked rabbits. These results indicate that Injectio Wu Zhuyu Tang has a effect of recuperating the depleted yang and treatment for collapse for the syncope and prostration syndrome including shock, causing by blood loss.
