鹿茸提取物促进老年小鼠核酸和蛋白质合成作用及机制的研究 被引量:11

摘要 给雄性老年小鼠(24月龄)连续灌服15天鹿茸水提取物(1.0g/kg/d),对肝和睾丸的重量、肝脑组织RNA和蛋白质含量、血清中蛋白质含量,肝细胞核RNA含量均有明显增加的作用,并明显增强肝细胞核RNA聚合酶的活性。体外实验证明,鹿茸水提取物在较低浓度(10~100μg/ml)时,对RNA聚合酶的活性呈明显的增强作用。以上结果提示,鹿茸水提取物促进老年小鼠核酸和蛋白质合成效应是由于其能明显增强RNA聚合酶的活性。 It was found that WEPA could significantly increase the weights of liver,brain and testis and the contents of RNA and protein in liver and brain tissues as well as serum protein when given to aged mice (24 months) at a dose of 1.0g/kg for 15 successive days. WEPA also inceased the content of nuclei RNA of aged mice and the RNA activity polymerase in liver cells. In vitro experiment demonstrated that WEPA could enhance the RNA Polymerase activity in liver nuclei of aged mice at concentrations of 10~ 100μg/ml. These results suggest that the enhancement of RNA polymerase activity induced by WEPA treatment is responsible for the increase in synthses of RNA and protein in aged mouse liver tissue.
