摘要
目标管理是外国企业先进的管理方法。笔者试图根据我国国情和企业管理的实践,从理论上探索目标管理应结合计划管理及我国经济责任制的先进经验一起抓,以图建立具有我国特色的目标管理。
Management by Objective' is an advanced management method in the foreign enterprises. According to our enterprises management practices, the author of this article tries to explain that 'Management by Objective' should combine the plan management with the advanced experience in the system of the economic responsibilities of our country. Only in this way,we can set up the 'Management by Objective' with Chinese characteristic.
