摘要
本文用微分脉冲极谱法研究了秋水仙碱在不同介质和PH值等条件下的电化学行为.找到了以0.6%的四丁基氯化铵为支持电解质,在PH1.81的B.R.缓冲溶液中进行微分脉冲极谱法测定的最佳体系,检出限为6.0×10^(-7)mol/L,峰电流线性范围为9.6×10^(-7)~8.6×10^(-5)mol/L.初步探讨了电极反应机理.应用于秋水仙碱片剂和山慈菇等实际样品分析,可不经分离直接测定,方法简便迅速,测定结果与经典的方法基本一致.
:The differential pulse polarogrephic behaviour of colchicine and the conditions for its determination
are investigated. It is found that the well-defined peak is obtained by a B. R. buffer solution of PH 1. 81
with 0. 6 % (C4H9)4NCl as the supporting electrolyte,and an excellent linear relationship between the con-
centration and the peak current appears in the range from 9. 6×10-7to 8. 6×10-5mol/L The lower limit of
determination is 6. 0×10-7mol/L The method can be used conveniently for the direct determination of
colichicine in pharmaceutical preparations and Iphigenia indica Kunth et Benth. The results agree essentially
with those by classical ones.
