摘要
本文首先使用传递函数矩阵分式扰动(简称分式扰动)这一新颖的形式对实际电力系统中各种模型(包括调节器)的参数变化进行了描述,然后在此基础上,又借助于鲁棒稳定性分析的代数理论,得到了一个适合于电力系统的鲁棒稳定性检验判据,该判据为一充分必要条件。本文还给出了相应的电力系统鲁棒稳定性检验算法.
This paper proposes a method for fast stability assessment of large scale power systems, which are
perturbed. First of all, the formulation of matrix fraction perturbation of transfer functions (abbrevi-
ated to 'fractional perturbation')is used to deseribe the change of parameters in various models (including
control equipments) of power systems. Based on this deseription, a necessary and sufficient condition for
the robust stability test of power systems is derived using the algebraic theory for robust stability and a
corresponding algorithm is given.
