摘要
财会专业的专业实习,由于实习单位可容纳的人少需要分散联系实习,难度大,效果不好。我系采取了一种让学生自找单位,自主实习的实习方式,被称为“自我推销”式实习。这篇文章就是介绍推行“自我推销”实习的做法,以及收到的良好效果。
It is quite hard and not good in effect for school to arrange the practice training for the students of accountant speciality, for each unit can accopt a few trainees. And so students have to be arranged to many unit. Our department has worked out a new way-'sell oneself'. This paper introduces the experience and effect of this new method.
