摘要
本文报道有关草菇厚垣孢子形成的条件.其中,营养丰歉状况直接地影响孢子产生的迟早与数量,磷、镁的存在,弱酸性条件和30～35℃温度范围有利于孢子的产生。
The conditions for Volvariella volvacea to form the chlamydospore were in- vestigated.Among these conditions the abundances of the nutrients directly influence the formation of chlamydospore in sooner or later and with different quantities.The presence of phosphate and magnesium,weak acidic condition as well as the temperature range be- tween 30-35℃ were favorable for chlamydospore formation.
