摘要
为寻求准确、快速土壤碱解氮测定方法,本文对自动定氮仪碱解蒸馏法测定土壤中水解性氮含量进行探讨及对比优化,结果表明碱解蒸馏法具有操作简便、快捷、干扰小、精度高、准确性好的优点,特别适合大批量样品的分析,值得在土壤分析工作中参考应用。
To find an accurate and quick method of testing available nitrogen,This paper introduced the determination method of hydrolysable nitrogen content containing soil with automatic distillation system after decomposed distillation by alkali,and discussed the primary factors that could affect the experiment.Compared with current agriculture criterion,this method had advantages of simple operation,low interference,high accuracy,precision and repealability.It was adapted to the analysis of sample in mass,and deserved application in soil analysis.
