氦氖激光治疗羟基磷灰石义眼座暴露疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价氦氖激光治疗羟基磷灰石义眼座暴露的效果。方法 35例(35眼)羟基磷灰石义眼座术后结膜裂开患者分别采用氦氖激光照射治疗(A组)和药物或手术治疗(B组),比较2组患者治疗后结膜裂口愈合率、愈合时间和羟基磷灰石血管化程度。结果 A组总有效率为93.75%,B组为57.89%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.12,P<0.05)。2组中轻度患者愈合时间,A组为(6.22±2.11)d,B组为(10.33±3.20)d,差异有统计学意义(t=3.22,P<0.05)。通过MRI增强扫描发现,氦氖激光能明显促进羟基磷灰石血管化。结论氦氖激光是一种治疗羟基磷灰石义眼座术后暴露的有效方法,可避免二次手术治疗。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of He-Ne laser in treatment of exposure of hydroxyapatite orbital implants.Methods Thirty-five cases(35 eyes)with conjunctival dehiscence after hydroxyapatite implantation were treated with He-Ne laser irradiation therapy(group A)and drug therapy or surgical operation(group B),the conjunctiva split healing rate,healing time and vascularization of hydroxyapatite of two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of group A and B were 93.75%and 57.89%,respectively,there was statistical difference(x^2=4.12,P<0.05).The healing time of patients with mild and moderate exposure in group A and B were(6.22±2.11)days and(10.33±3.20) days,respectively,there was statistical difference(t=3.22,P<0.05).By enhanced scanning MRI,He-Ne laser could promote the vascularization of hydroxyapatite.Conclusion He-Ne laser is an effective way for exposure of hydroxyapatite orbital implants,which can avoid operation again.
