摘要
让学生在高职校园文化生活中逐渐感受和了解,从而潜移默化地规范自己的思想和行为,并接受这种职业素养要求。本文从分析新时期民航校企文化的建设入手,探讨了校企文化建设过程中学生职业素养的培养模式。
Let the students in vocational campus cultural life gradually feel and understand, and thus subtly regulate their thinking and behavior, and to accept the professionalism requirements. This paper analyzes the new era aviation school-enterprise culture construction, discusses the process of building a culture of high school students school-enterprise training model of professionalism.
