摘要
大学生就业事关毕业生切身利益和社会经济发展稳定,影响大学生成功就业的因素很多,其中,高校就业教育是不可忽视的因素。以积极心理学的角度分析和关注学生就业教育,探讨如何激发出学生对于就业现实的深刻认识和积极态度,避免在不利外部环境影响下学生就业心理与就业状况相互牵制陷入恶性循环,同时强调人性的积极性,研究和培养人固有的积极潜力、积极力量,使学生保持良好的就业心态并采取积极主动的就业行为。
The employment of university students is related to the immediate interests of graduates and social stability and economic development, factors affecting the successful employment of university students are so many, employment education in colleges and universities is a factor that can not be ignored. From the perspective of positive psychology to analyze and pay attention to students' employment education, discusses how to inspire students to understand the reality of employment and positive attitude, to avoid students' employment psychology and employment status of each other into a vicious spiral in the adverse external environment influence, also stress the enthusiasm of human nature, research and culture inherent positive potential and positive power, to enable students to maintain good attitude and take proactive employment behavior.
