摘要
引进人才是高校增强自身科研、教学等综合能力的关键,但目前国内还少有合适的引进人才综合评价指标体系,本文运用专家意见法与层次分析相结合的研究方法,在已有研究的基础上重新设计指标,更合理地适应国内高校引进人才的需要。通过实证分析测评结果,该学术测评指标体系具有一定的科学性和可操作性,对今后高校引进高层次人才的工作提供一个较为客观公正的评价方法和参考依据。
The introduction of talent is the key to enhance their scientific research, teaching, comprehensive ability in colleges and universities, but there is little comprehensive evaluation index system of the introduction of talent, this paper uses the methods of Delphi method and AHP, a new design ofindex on the basis of the existing research, more reasonable to adapt to the introduction of talent domestic colleges and universities. The evaluation results by the empirical analysis, the academic evaluation index system is scientific and operability, provide a more objective and fair assessment method andreference for the future university of high level talents introduction work.
