摘要
高职教育的人才培养目标就是培养高素质的技能型人才,要秉承着这样一个目标,高职酒店管理类专业在《酒店管理概论》这一门课程上面需要进行项目化教学改革。本文作者将从项目化教学思路与设计,教学实践的实施,教学价值链构建三个方面对《酒店管理概论》课程项目化教学改革进行探讨。
The training objectives of higher vocational education is to cultivate talents of high quality, to hold such a goal, vocational hotel management professional needs of project teaching reform in the"Introduction to hotel management"course. In this paper, the author will from ideas and design of project teaching, the implementation of teaching practice, construction of teaching value chain three aspects to discuss the teaching reform of the project teaching of"Introduction to hotel management"course.
