摘要
随着遥感技术的广泛应用和实践,遥感不再只是提供卫星图像数据,而是提供包括土地利用变化、叶面积指数(LAI)、植被指数、干旱指数等在内的各种产品服务。遥感叶面积指数作为全球遥感产品中的重要组成部分,其应用领域较广,涉及农业、林业、生态环境、气候变化等领域,各个行业对LAI产品验证精度的需求不同,因此如何综合诸多产品验证的共性制定一套科学的验证服务质量评价及流程,是急需探索和研究的技术难点。通过分析总结LAI产品的生产、管理、应用以及技术层面上的操作运行过程,提出产品验证服务质量评价流程,应分为需求调查、验证服务、满意度评价、信息反馈、服务改善等环节;进而,在构建LAI产品验证服务质量评价指标的基础上,提出采用服务质量差距模型对验证服务的满意度进行评价。本研究对于提高我国对地观测体系建设中的遥感产品服务质量具有一定的参考价值。
With the wide application and practice of remote sensing technology,remote sensing can not only provide the image data,but also provide different products services,such as land use change,leaf area index(LAI),vegetation index,drought index,etc.Application of LAI products is wide,involving agriculture,forestry,ecological environmental and climate change fields.The demand of each industry for the verification accuracy of remote sensing satellite LAI product is different,so how to synthesize the many product's general characteristics to develop a set of scientific validation service quality evaluation and process,is the key technology to explore and research.Through the analysis of the product of leaf area index of production,management,application and the technical level of the operation,as well as development and evaluation,this paper puts forward the quality evaluation process of service should be divided into demand investigation,verification service,satisfaction evaluation,information feedback,service improvement,etc.In the foundation of LAI product service quality index verification,evaluation of the service quality gap model is proposed to verify the service satisfaction.To improve remote sensing products service quality of the earth observation system construction has a certain reference value.
