摘要
目的探讨硝酸甘油点滴结合小剂量毛花苷丙注射治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭的疗效。方法将73例患者随机分为两组,治疗组38例,对照组35例,均予常规综合治疗,治疗组加用硝酸甘油10mg加入5%葡萄糖250ml中静脉点滴,小剂量静脉注射毛花苷丙0.2mg加20ml葡萄糖注射液,每日1次,比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组显效22例,有效14例,无效2例,总有效率为94.7%;对照组显效10例,有效15例,无效10例,总有效率为71.4%;治疗组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硝酸甘油点滴结合小剂量毛花苷丙注射治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭疗效显著,安全可靠。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of nitroglycerin combined with small dose of cedilanid in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart failure.Methods 73 patients with chronic pulmonary heart failure were randomly divided into control group 35 cases and treatment group 38 cases.Patients in both groups were given conventional treatment,while patients in treatment group were added daily dose of 250 ml 5% glucose with 10 mg of nitroglycerin by intravenous drip and 20 ml glucose with 0.2 mg cedilanid by intravenous injection,the efficacy of two groups was compared.Results Treatment group had 22 cases of excellence,14 cases of effectiveness,2 cases of inefficacy,the total clinical efficacy was 94.7%;control group had 10 cases of excellence,15 cases of effectiveness,10 cases of inefficacy,the total clinical efficacy was 71.4%.The treatment group had significantly higher clinical efficacy than control group ( P<0.05).Conclusion Nitroglycerin combined with small dose of cedilanid is safe and reliable in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart failure with significant clinical efficacy.
