摘要
目的分析临床中药师开展药学服务对减少中药不良反应的作用。方法选择本院2011年7月～2012年7月收治的接受中医治疗的患者100例,全部患者分为两组,其中对照组患者进行常规治疗与护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上,由临床中药师进行药学服务。结果观察组患者中药不良反应发生率为4%,对照组患者中药不良反应发生率为12%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中药师开展药学服务能够有效降低患者的中药不良反应发生率,保证临床用药安全有效,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the role of pharmacists carrying out pharmaceutical care in reducing adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 100 cases of patients who were given Chinese medicine treatment in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2012 were selected and divided into two groups,control group was given routine therapy and nursing,the observation group was given clinical pharmaceutical care by herbalists on the basis of control group.Results The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was 4%,and that of control group was 12%,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The pharmaceutical care that carried out by the clinical pharmacists can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions of patients,ensure the clinical medication safe and effective,so it deserves to be widely promoted in clinic.
