摘要 从提高射流冲蚀效果出发,通过在自振荡脉冲水射流喷嘴振荡腔上开孔吸入空气使之形成脉冲气液射流,以混凝土为冲蚀件,测量其冲蚀体积及深度,并与自振脉冲水射流比较;以进气方式为研究对象,分析其对冲蚀效果影响规律。结果表明,脉冲气液射流冲蚀体积随靶距增加出现峰值,且峰值位置较脉冲水射流峰值点左移,其冲蚀深度随靶距增加呈线性降低;若腔长选择合理,脉冲气液射流冲蚀体积较脉冲水射流大幅上扬。两种射流的冲蚀深度未受腔长影响,且随靶距变化甚微;进气孔分布方式对冲蚀深度无显著影响,而对冲蚀体积影响较明显。 In order to improve erosion effect of a jet, a pulsed air-water jet (PAWJ) was formed by entraining and mixing air in a self-excited oscillation pulsed jet (SEOPJ). The erosion volume and depth of the PAWJ were measured and compared with those of the SEOPJ taking a concrete as an erosion part. In addition, the influence of the air injection method on erosion effect was studied experimentally. The results were that the erosion volume of the PAWJ firstly increases with increase in target distance and then decreases, i.e., there exists a peak value, and its position is smaller than that of the SEOPJ; the erosion depths of the two jets have a linear decrease with increase in target distance; the erosive volume of the PAWJ is superior to that of the SEOPJ in case of a reasonable cavity length, however, the erosion depths of two jets were not influenced by cavity length, and the difference between them is slight with target distance; the arrangements of air exit ports have a significant effect on erosion volume, but a slight effect on erosion depth.
