摘要
目的探讨医用弹力袜在预防原发性下肢静脉曲张患者术后深静脉血栓形成、减轻下肢酸胀沉重感、提高舒适度方面的临床效果。方法将60例原发性下肢静脉曲张并行手术的患者随机分为实验组30例和对照组30例,实验组在手术后第5天拆除弹力绷带后即刻使用弹力袜,而对照组则单纯给予常规护理指导,观察2组患者在拆除弹力绷带后第30天、第60天及第90天的下肢深静脉血栓形成情况及患肢酸胀沉重感情况。结果实验组患者深静脉血栓及患肢酸胀沉重感情况显著少于对照组。结论医用弹力袜能减轻原发性静脉曲张术后患肢的酸胀沉重感,提高患者的舒适度,并能有效预防术后静脉血栓的发生。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of medical stretch hose on the prevention of postoperative deep venous thrombosis,alleviation of soreness and heavy sensation and improvement of comfortable degree in patients with primary varicose vein of lower limb surgery.Methods 60 patients with primary varicose vein of lower limb surgery were randomly divided into experimental group(n=30) and control group(n=30).The experimental group was treated with stretch hose on the fifth day after operation,while the control group was only conducted with conventional nursing guidance.Conditions of deep venous thrombosis of lower limb and soreness and heavy sensation were compared between two groups at the time points of the thirtieth day,the sixtieth day and the ninetieth day after removal of elastic bandage.Results Conditions of deep vein thrombosis and soreness and heavy sensation in the experimental group were lighter than the control group.Conclusion Medical stretch hose can relieve the sensations of soreness and heaviness in the patients with primary varicose vein surgery,improve the comfortable degree of patients and effectively prevent the occurrence of postoperative deep venous thrombosis.
