C2C信用评价体系的存在问题及对策 被引量:4

摘要 电子商务的信用评价体系在防范网络欺诈、建立良好信任关系、提高市场效率等方面发挥了积极的作用。但目前国内的C2C交易平台的信用评价体系在信用度计算、各类欺诈行为甄别与惩治等方面,仍存在很大缺陷,导致了信用炒作的盛行、差评敲诈的滋生。文章以国内最大的C2C交易平台——淘宝商城为研究对象,分析其现有信用评价体系,指出该体系的不足之处,并对信用评价体系尤其信用度计算模型提出针对性改进的建议,以更好地保护买卖双方的利益,提高交易效率。
