摘要
用正交实验法研究了硬质合金立铣刀铣削TC18钛合金过程中不同刀具结构参数对切削力的影响规律,并以最小切削力为优化目标,对刀具结构参数进行了优选。结果表明:当刀具参数选择前角为10°,容屑槽角为40°,螺旋角为45°,端齿前角为8°,不等分角为5°时,可获得较低的切削力,此时X向切削力为25.17N,Y向切削力为9.95N,为进一步优化TC18钛合金的铣削参数提供了依据。
The influence of the geometry structural parameters of carbide end mill on cutting force with milling TC18 titanium alloy was researched by using the orthogonal experiment method. The tool structural parameters were optimized by the minimum milling force as the optimization objective. The research results indicated that when the tool parameter selection the rake angle is 10°, chip flutes angle is 40° , helix angle is 45° , end tooth rake angle is 8° and unequal angle is 5° . The lower cutting force is obtained, X-direction cutting force is 25.17N and Y-direction cutting force is 9.95N. The results provide the basis for further optimization of the parameters of TC18 titanium milling.
