上颌前牙区种植义齿术前评估及美学影响因素 被引量：3

摘要 随着人们对生活质量和美观上要求越来越高,在美学区域(包括在最大运动状态下所暴露的牙齿、牙龈及唇部组织)接受种植牙时,要求术者必须考虑到这些组织的质地、结构、形态是否正常,与周围邻牙是否协调,做到不影响患者容貌美观,否则影响患者的社会生活和心理健康[1].因此,在美学区域进行种植修复时,术前医生必须要有充分的准备,综合考虑牙龈等组织的情况,再采取合理的设计,从而达到很好的美学修复效果,本文就术前进行软硬组织评估和美学影响因素方面做一综述.
