降低日粮饲料蛋白质水平对猪生产性能及氮、磷排泄量影响研究

摘要 本试验研究了降低日粮蛋白水平对DLY猪生产性能及氮、磷排泄量的影响。选用45头体重(62.5±3.46)kg的DLY猪,按体重相近的原则,随机分成3组,每组3个重复,每个重复5头猪,分别饲喂含14.5%CP日粮、12%CP日粮、12%CP+AA日粮。试验期28天。结果表明:1)与14.5%CP日粮组相比,12%CP日粮组可显著降低猪日增重,提高料肉比(P<0.05)。但12%CP+AA组生产性能与14.5%CP日粮组无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)12%CP组猪食入氮、粪排出氮、尿排出氮、总排氮量、沉积氮比14.5%CP组分别极显著地减少了21.51%、16.81%、41.10%、29.94%和9.80%(P<0.01),而与12%CP+AA无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)12%CP组猪沉积磷和磷利用率显著低于12%CP+AA组和14.5%CP组(P<0.05),而3组间粪磷和尿磷排放量无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果表明降低日粮蛋白水平,通过补充氨基酸,可极显著降低氮排泄量,而对磷的排泄量无显著影响。 The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of feeding reduced protein.Amino acid-supplemented diets on performance and N and P excretion of finishing pig.Forty file pigs(62.5±3.46)kg BW were fed corn-wheat-soybean meal diets containing 14.5%CP,12%CP or 12%CP supplemented with AA(lysine,Methionine and threonine).The trial lasted 28d.The results showed that,compared to 14.5% CP diet group,12% CP diet group significantly reduced the daily gain and feed conversion(P<0.05).However,12% CP supplemented with AA had no significant difference with 14.5% protein diet(P>0.05).Daily intake nitrogen,fecal nitrogen excretion,urine nitrogen excretion,total nitrogen excretion,nitrogen retention of 12% CP group were significantly reduced by 21.51%,16.81%,41.10%,29.94%and 9.80%(P <0.01)than of the 14.5% CP group,and had not significantly difference with 12CP% group supplemented with AA(P>0.05).Phosphorus retention and phosphorus utilization of 12% CP group had no significant difference with 14.5% CP group and 12% crude protein supplemented with AA.Results showed that the lower protein diet supplemented with AA,reduced the excretion of nitrogen,and had no significant influence on phosphate excretion.
