摘要
目的：探讨心理护理对高龄股骨颈骨折患者的效果。方法：我科股骨颈骨折患者128例分为试验组与对照组，对照组予常规护理，试验组在常规护理的基础上辅以心理护理，观察两组护理效果。结果：试验组总有效率为92.65%，明显高于对照组的71.67%（P<0.05）。结论：心理护理促进高龄股骨颈骨折患者康复，值得积极推广。
Objective:To explore the effects of psychological nursing on patients with transcervical fracture. Methods:128 patients with transcervical fracture were divided into experimental group and control group, control group received routine nursing, experimental group was treated with psycho-logical nursing on the basis of routine nursing, to observe the nursing effects of two groups. Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was 92.65%, significantly higher than that of control group by 71.67%(P<0.05). Conclusion:Psychological nursing promotes the rehabilitation of pa-tients with transcervical fracture, being worth active popularization.
