摘要
目的：探讨SET训练治疗慢性颈椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：将40例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用SET训练，对照组采用颈椎牵引治疗，1个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治疗组MPQ、NDI量表评分均低于对照组，总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：SET训练对慢性颈椎间盘突出症有较好疗效。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of SET training for chronic cervical disc herniation. Methods:40 cases of patients were randomly di-vided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group used SET training, while the control group used cervical traction, obseved the effi-cacy after one course. Results:The MPQ and NDI scores of treatment group were both lower than those of control group, the total effective rate was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:SET training has a good curative effect on chronic cervical disc herniation.
