摘要
用魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)和吡啶作为催化剂,制备了KGM辛酸酯,并讨论了产物的力学性能、粘度及吸水性.考察了制备条件对产物取代度的影响.结果表明,当反应温度75℃、反应时间6 h、吡啶与KGM的用量比为6∶1(mL/g)、辛酰氯与KGM用量比为10∶1(mL/g)时产物的取代度(DS)最大,此时DS为1.5.改性后KGM的吸水性与原KGM相比有所下降.
Konjac glucomannan octoate was prepared using konjac glucomannan(KGM) as raw material and pyridine as catalyst.The water absorbency of the production was also discussed.The effects of the reaction conditions on the degree of substitution(DS) of KGM were investigated,and the optimum ratio of reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst and ratio of octanoyl chloride to KGM were 75℃,6h,6 mL/g and 10 mL/g,respectively,under which the DS of product was as high as 1.5.The water absorbency of the modified KGM was lower than that of KGM.
