摘要
地震现场医疗救援质量影响受困者生存率及预后,尤其在狭窄空间内的急救方法区别于常规状态下的医疗救护。本研究依据地震狭窄空间医疗技术指导,剖析在该空间内开展呼吸与循环支持相关救护的方法,并结合中国国家地震灾害紧急救援队2008年汶川地震和2013年芦山地震医疗救援情况,从理论和实践两方面讨论了地震狭窄空间医学救援的呼吸循环支持策略,以期进一步提高地震医学救援效率。
The earthquake medical rescue quality influences the survival rate and prognosis especially that in the confined space. This research based on technical guidelines under special condition,focused on analyzing the rescue methods of ventilating and circulatory support,and combined with the condition of medical missions of Wenchuan earthquake in 2008 and Lushan earthquake in 2013 by National Earthquake Disaster Search and Rescue Team. According to further improve the efficiency of medical rescue after earthquake,this research discusses the strategy of earthquake medical rescue in confined space from both theory and practice.
