透明角膜切口位置对老年性白内障患者术后角膜散光的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察3.2 mm透明角膜切口位置对老年性白内障患者术后角膜散光的影响。方法收集术前角膜散光≤1.0 D的老年性白内障患者76例,随机分为A、B、C三组,分别于上方、颞上方、颞侧透明角膜制作手术切口行白内障超声乳化手术。于术前、术后第1周及第1、2、3个月观察各组术后裸眼视力、手术前后角膜平均散光度、散光轴向、手术源性散光(SIA)的动态变化。结果术后不同时间点各组裸眼视力比较无统计学差异(P均>0.05)。术后3个月,A组逆规性散光例数较术前明显增加(P<0.05),B、C组与术前相比无统计学差异(P均>0.05)。术后3个月,A、B组SIA水平均高于C组(P均<0.05),A、B组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 3.2 mm透明角膜切口的位置与白内障术后角膜屈光变化关系密切,颞侧手术切口可减少手术诱导散光的形成。
