青光眼视网膜神经节细胞易损性与神经营养因子及其前体的相关性研究进展 被引量:2

Recent advances of investigations on the vulnerability of retinal ganglion cells in glaucoma: Roles of neurotrophins and proneurotrophins

摘要 青光眼视网膜神经节细胞(RGCs)易损性的增高,使RGCs对眼压的耐受性降低,是青光眼患者视功能持续恶化的病理基础之一。神经营养因子(NTs)对神经系统的生长、增殖、分化等均有重要意义;而其前体形式,即神经营养因子前体(Pro-NTs)则截然相反,能诱导神经元的凋亡。神经营养因子及其前体与青光眼视网膜神经节细胞易损性增高之间具有显著的相关性。本文就此方面的研究进展作一综述,以期为青光眼视神经保护治疗提供新的思路。 Glaucoma is characterized by a progressively impaired visual function. The increased vulnerability of retinal ganglion cells( RGCs) to the intraocular pressure was thought to be one of the basic pathology of glaucomatous visual function defects. Neurotrophins( NTs) are essential factors that promote survival,proliferation and differentiation of the nervous system. However,NTs are initially synthesized as precursor forms known as Proneurotrophins( Pro-NTs). Pro-NTs elicit opposing cellular responses of neuron apoptosis compared with their mature forms. The increased vulnerability of RGCs in glaucoma patients is highly related to the NTs and Pro-NTs. This paper reviews the recent progresses in delineating the NTs or Pro-NTs' influences on glaucoma and expect to provide new idears for the management of glaucomatous neuropathy.
