摘要
为了分离鉴定重庆市开县某肉兔场种兔和幼兔发生鼻炎的病原菌及筛选敏感的药物,试验采用细菌分离培养、形态学鉴定、生化试验、PCR扩增及基因测序、动物接种试验、药物敏感试验。结果表明:从发病种兔和幼兔鼻分泌物中分离到两株致病菌,都属支气管败血波氏杆菌;两株菌对氟苯尼考、阿奇霉素、菌必治、丁胺卡那霉素、卡那霉素高度敏感;兔场立即选用氟苯尼考注射液治疗,并实施消毒、隔离等综合防制措施,使疫情得到有效控制。
In order to isolate and distinguish the rhinitis pathogenic bacteria and drug sensitive from young rabbit and meat rabbit in Kai county of Chongqing,isolation,some test methods were used,including bacteria separation culture,morphology,biochemical test,PCR amplification and gene sequencing,animal inoculating and drug sensitive test.The results showed that two strains of pathogenic bacteria isolated from rabbit nasal secretions are Bordetella bronchiseptica,and those are highly sensitive to florfenicol,azithromycin,ceftriaxone,amikacin,kanamycin.Florfenicol injection was immediately selected in the rabbit farm,and put implement integrative control measures such as disinfection,isolation into practice.
