摘要
阐述目前武汉地区高性能混凝土的应用现状,及在工程实际应用中出现的常见问题,包括生产过程中的原材料质量和生产工艺问题,高性能混凝土普遍存在的外加剂和水泥的适应性问题,由于水泥生产控制指标变化带来的可泵性,抗离析性和混凝土成本性之间产生矛盾的问题,优质矿物外加剂应用问题,并对这些问题作出了切实可行的解决方法。对决定和影响武汉地区高性能混凝土生产和施工质量的几个最主要因素进行分析。
It was expounded HPC application status in Wuhan area and some common problems,such as materials & production technics;the adaptability between admixture and cement;the pumpability due to the change in cement quality control targets;the contradication between anti-segregation and concrete’s cost;problem of using high quality mineral admixtures.Some most important influencing factors of HPC’s production & quality controling were also discussed.
