摘要
针对越南某热电厂"W"火焰锅炉在高负荷下无法进行断油操作、锅炉出力达不到额定负荷的情况,文章提出增加卫燃带面积等措施,减少水冷壁吸收热量,提高难燃煤的稳燃能力,并提出对应的燃烧调整方法。在不投油助燃的情况下,实现了锅炉在额定出力下稳定运行,满足了锅炉性能考核要求。
According to the circumstance that the W-shape flame boilers in a thermal power plant in Vietnam cannot be operated without fuel under heavy load,and the output of the boilers cannot reach the rated load,this paper makes suggestions to increase the area of refractory belt,reduce the heat the water wall absorbs,improve stable combustion of fire-resistant coal,and proposes corresponding methods for combustion adjustment.In this way,without oil combustion,the boilers can stably operate with rated output,thus meeting the performance assessment requirements of boilers.
