摘要
2005年,中印两国确定建立面向和平与繁荣的战略合作伙伴关系。这种伙伴关系将突破传统崛起大国相处之道,开创新兴经济体合作关系新模式。在战略合作伙伴关系的框架下,中印具有广泛的合作基础,双方在经贸、政治与安全、社会文化等方面合作发展迅速,但与此同时,在边界、西藏、经贸等问题上也面临着挑战。中印关系应以经贸合作为核心,着眼长远,进一步挖掘合作潜力,为深化双方多领域合作而努力。
In 2005,China and India agreed to establish a strategic partnership for peace and prosperity.This partnership will surpass the ways traditional rising powers get along with each other and create a new model of cooperation between emerging economies.Under the strategic partnership framework,China and India has a broad basis for cooperation.Hence,there has been rapid increase of cooperation in the economic,trade,political,security,social,cultural and other areas.But at the same time,they also face challenges over their borders,Tibet,and economic and trade issues.In building Sino-Indian relations,the two sides should focus on economic and trade cooperation,look ahead to the future,further tap the potential for cooperation,and strive to deepen bilateral cooperation in various fields.
