摘要
目的建立三黄片、三黄胶囊等系列品种中盐酸小檗碱的HPLC含量测定方法。方法 C18柱(4.6×150mm,5μm,Capcell pak C18 MGⅡ),以乙腈-水(1:1)(每1000ml流动相中含磷酸二氢钾3.4g,十二烷基硫酸钠1.7g)为流动相,检测波长为265nm,流速为1ml min-1,柱温为室温。结果此方法线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.54%。结论本方法分离度好,结果准确可靠。
Objective To establish the determination method of Berberine hydrochloride in Sanhuang tablet and Sanhuang capsule by HPLC. Methods The C18 column(4.6×150mm,5μm, Capcellpak C18 MGⅡ)was used in this method,and a mixture acetonitrile-water(1:1)(3.4g pltassium di hydrogen phosphate and 1.7g sodium dodecyl sulphate were in 1000ml mobile phase) as a mobile phase, detection wavelength 265nm. Results This method showed a good linear relationship, the mean recovery was 99.54%. Conclusion This method showed a good separating degree and reliable.
