摘要
目的观察中药汤剂健脾益气汤配合米非司酮与米索前列醇治疗药物流产后宫内残留的临床疗效。方法选取药物流产后超声检查证实宫腔内有少量残留的患者84例,按照患者自愿选择,分为西医组46例,中西结合组38例,比较两组疗效。结果中西结合组治愈率为97.37%,患者用药后残留物完全排除,出血自行停止,尿hCG转为阴性,子宫恢复正常大小,B超复查提示宫内未见残留物,恶露净止。西医组治愈率为82.61%。结论中药健脾益气汤协助米索前列醇治疗流产后残留物,避免了清宫手术给患者带来的身心创伤,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To observe the decoction of Chinese medicine decoction combined with mifepristone combined with misoprostol tablets in treatment of clinical curative effect of residual drug abortion in the harem. Methods Selected after drug abortion uterine cavity ultrasonography confirmed 84 cases of patients with a smal amount of residual, in accordance with the voluntary choice in patients, divided into treatment group of 46 cases, 38 cases with a combination of Chinese and western, compare two groups of curative effect. Results The combination of Chinese and western group, the cure rate was 97.37%, after the drug in patients with residue completely ruled out, stop bleeding, urinary hCGturned negative, the return of normal uterine size, B ultrasound examination showed no intrauterine residue, lochia net check. The western medicine group, the cure rate was 82.61%. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Yiqi Decoction assist misoprostol treatmentresidue after abortion, avoids the operation brings to the patient's physical and mental trauma, and reduce the occurrence of complication.
