摘要
目的研究溶血标本对生化检验结果的影响,为检验人员和临床医生对溶血标本的生化检验结果进行正确分析提供依据。方法以2013年3月至6月于我院进行健康体检的人群为研究对象,并以生化体检结果为依据,对未溶血、轻度溶血及重度溶血标本的检验结果进行分析。结果轻度溶血标本对ALT、AST、TP、ALP、LDH、BUN、UA、CK、GLU、CRE、P、Mg、K、Na、Cl的检验结果产生显著性的影响;标本重度溶血时,除对轻度溶血产生显著性影响的项目外,还对ALB、Ca、APOA的检验结果也产生显著性影响。结论溶血标本对生化检验多项指标结果都有影响,因此为了检测结果更加准确可靠,若条件允许,应对溶血的标本应重新采集。
Objective Study the effect analysis of specimen hemolysis on the biochemical test results,which can provide the basis for the laboratory worker and clinician to correctly analyse of biochemical test results with hemolysis sample.Methods In 2013, March to June in our hospital for health examination population as the research object, and biochemical examination results as the basis, without hemolysis, mild hemolysis and severe hemolysis test results analysis. Results Slight hemolysis significantly affect test results of ALT、AST、TP、ALP、 LDH、BUN、UA、CK、GLU、CRE、P、Mg、K、Na、Cl,Serious hemolysis also significantly affect the test results of ALB、Ca、APOA,besides those of slight hemolysis samples.Conclusion Hemolysis has significant impact on many biochemical test items. So in order to make the test results more accurate and reliable,we should be re-collected hemolysis sample.
