摘要
目的观察研究奥美拉唑联合硫糖铝在治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血疾病的临床疗效。方法选择2010年5月至2012年5月在我院就诊的56例急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者,将其按照住院顺序随机分为两组,均使用常规治疗方法,在常规治疗基础上治疗组患者加用奥美拉唑联合硫糖铝进行进一步治疗。结果治疗结束后比较两组的总有效率以及平均止血时间,治疗组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,但不良反应不具有统计学意义。结论奥美拉唑联合硫糖铝在治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血疾病具有良好的临床疗效,值得推广使用。
Objective Observation of omeprazole combined with sucralfate in the treatment of acute non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleedingdisease.Methods In 2010 May to 2012 May gastrointestinal bleeding patients in our hospital, 56 cases of acute non variceal upper,and according to the order of inpatients were randomly divided into two groups,using conventional treatment method,on the basis of conventional therapy, patients in the treatment group were added with omeprazole combined with sucralfate for further treatment.Results The end of the treatment of the two groups were compared afterthe total efficiency and average hemostasis time,the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant, but not significant adverse reaction.Conclusion Omeprazole combined with sucralfate in the treatment of acutenon variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding disease has good curative effect, is worth popularizing.
