摘要
P16基因是一种新近发现的抑癌基因,又称MTS1(多肿瘤抑制基因),是人们发现的第一个直接作用于细胞周期、抑制细胞分裂的基因。它主要在G1期向S期转换过程中发挥对细胞周期的调节作用,同cy-clinD1竞争与周期依赖性蛋白激酶CDk4/CDK6结合,抑制其激酶的活性,从而抑制细胞增殖。以缺失、突变或甲基化的形式广泛存在于多种肿瘤中,并参与多种肿瘤的发生和发展。
P16 gene is a newly discovered cancer suppressor genes,also called MTS1 (multiple tumor suppressor genes),which is the first inhibit in cell cycle gene of cell division.It play on cell cycle regulation effect mainly in the G1 phase to S phase conversion process.compete with cyclinD1 and cycle dependent protein kinase CDk4/CDK6,inhibit its kinase activity,thus inhibiting cell proliferation.In the form of loss,mutation or methylation widely exists in many kinds of tumors,and participate in a wide variety of tumor occurrence and development.
