摘要
目的:探究现有西医疗法在治疗骨与关节感染性疾病方面的临床效果。方法:对2010年1月至2013年1月我院收治的66例骨与关节感染类疾病患者进行西医治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组66例患者中,有38例患者治愈,治愈率为57.58%;其余患者的症状均好转,治疗有效,有效率为42.42%;无一例患者死亡。结论:西医疗法在治疗骨与关节感染性疾病方面具有一定的临床价值,但治愈率不够理想,有待进一步完善和创新。
Objective:To explore the existing western medicine therapy on bone and joint role in the treatment of infectious diseases and the curative effect, in order to guide clinical treatment. Methods:To collect 66 cases from January 66 to see a doctor in our hospital between January 2013 and diagnosis of bone and joint infection diseases in patients with clinical data, and were retrospectively analyzed. According to the patient's specific situation to choose the corresponding antibiotics and surgical method for treatment. Results:Of 66 cases of patients with 38 cases were cured, the cure rate was 57.58%, 0 cases died. The rest of the patients with symptoms improved, effective treatment, the effective rate was 42.42%. Conclusion :Existing western medicine therapy in the treatment of infectious diseases of bone and joint has certain effect, but the treatment success rate is not very optimistic, remains to be further improved.
