用贝伐单抗联合FOLFIRI治疗转移性结直肠癌的临床评价

摘要 目的:评价贝伐单抗联合FOLFIRI方案一线治疗转移性结直肠癌的疗效以及安全性。方法:将40例转移性结直肠癌患者随机平均分为两组,对照组用FOLFIRI方案治疗,实验组用贝伐单抗联合FOLFIRI方案治疗。结果:实验组和对照组治疗有效率分别为60%(12/20)和25%(5/20()卡方=5.013,P=0.025)。结论:贝伐单抗联合FOLFIRI能显著提高晚期结直肠癌患者治疗的有效率。
