摘要
给出了某作业系统虚拟维修训练实现过程,以及建立维修样机,确定维修工艺,建造故障树分析法等关键技术。介绍了维修样机的建立与简化,维修工艺的设计方法;并以某作业系统故障树建立方法为例,阐述了建立和简化故障树的方法;之后论述了"讲解式训练"、"引导式训练"、"自主式训练"的维修过程仿真方法,给出了"引导式训练"训练实例。对于提高自主维修训练能力,促进维修保障能力的快速形成,其他装备的虚拟维修训练开发都具有很高的通用性和实用性。
Implementation procedure of virtual maintenance training of a work system and some key technologies were given,such as: establishing maintenance prototype,determining maintenance technology,constructing fault tree analysis.The establishment and simplify of maintenance prototype were introduced.Besides,the designing method of maintenance technology was expounded.Then,the method of construction and simplify of fault tree was stated,by taking a method of construction of fault tree a Work System as an example.In addition,the repair process simulation method of 'explanation training','guiding training','autonomous training' was discussed,and a 'guiding training' example was provided.The problem of maintenance training was solved,which could enhance the maintenance self training ability of the equipments.So maintenance supportability caould be quickly formed.These key technologies are of high generality and usability for virtual maintenance training of other military equipment.
