壁画中不同黄色颜料稳定性对比研究

摘要 文章主要运用分光光度法和目视比色法,对比研究了黄色氧化铅、甲基橙、二甲基黄、栀子黄色素三大类无机、有机、天然黄色颜料,在不同温度、光照、pH、氧化还原剂、金属离子等影响因素下的稳定性差异,实验结果表明:在不同温度及光照条件下,各种黄色颜料的稳定性顺序为:甲基橙>二甲基黄>栀子黄色素;在不同pH条件下的稳定性顺序为:甲基橙>栀子黄色素>二甲基黄;在还原剂环境中为:二甲基黄>甲基橙>栀子黄色素;在氧化剂环境中为:甲基橙>二甲基黄>栀子黄色素;有金属离子存在时,除黄色氧化铅外,其它三种黄色颜料的稳定性无显著差异。就单种黄色颜料而言,有机黄色颜料甲基橙和二甲基黄在各种条件下的耐受性均较好;天然栀子黄色素有较好的耐热性、抗金属离子干扰性能力;氧化铅的耐热性、耐日光性较好。 The stability differences of the yellow lead oxide,methyl orange,dimethyl yellow,gardenia yellow pigment of inorganic,organic,natural yellow pigmen were comparatively investigated by using spectrophotometry and visual colorimetry at different temperatures,light,pH,redox agent,metal ions and other factors in the paper.The experiments showed that the stability order of a various yellow pigments at different temperatures and light conditions was as follows:methyl orange > dimethyl yellow > gardenia yellow pigment;and methyl orange > gardema yellow pigment > dimethyl yellow at different pH,dimethyl yellow > methyl orange > gardenia yellow pigment in the presence of reducing agents,methyl orange > dimethyl Yellow > gardenia yellow pigment in the presence of the oxidant agents;In addition to the yellow lead oxide,the stabilities of other three yellow pigments were no significant difference in the presence of metal ions.For a single species of three yellow pigments,the organic pigment and dimethyl methyl orange yellow was better tolerated than the lead oxide in various conditions,natural gardenia yellow was good in heat resistance and anti-metal ion interference ability.Lead oxide had a strong capability in heat resistance and anti-sunlight.
