摘要
公安院校学生参与大型活动安保,客观上构建了思想政治教育的情境,蕴含着思想政治教育的内容,契合了思想政治教育的精神,是公安院校开展学生思想政治教育的新载体。为有效保障参战学生圆满完成安保工作任务,公安院校应开展全面细致、富有实效的思想政治教育,在选拔、培训、动员、管理、考核、激励、保障、宣传等过程起到方向上的主导作用。要深入挖掘学生参与大型活动安保任务的教育内涵和积极意义,特别是建立实现示范带动作用的长效机制,增强学生思想政治教育的感染力和实效性。
The involvement of the police academies' students in large-scale events contributes to objective construction of situations for ideological and political education, connotations of ideological and political education and conformity with ideological and political education spirits, representing the new carrier for launching ideological and political education in police academies. To guarantee participators' successful completion of security tasks, the article suggests that police academies should comprehensively, meticulously and effectively carry out ideological and political education and strive to play a leading role in participators selection, training, mobilization, management, assessment, encouragement, safeguard and publicity. Accordingly, efforts should be made to excavate the connotations and significance of the students' involvement in security tasks for large-scale events, particularly construct a long-term mechanism for the exemplary role and enhance effectiveness of ideological and political education of the students.
