摘要
目的研究乌司他丁联合生长抑素辅助治疗重症胰腺炎的疗效。方法选择在我院就诊的重症胰腺炎患者随机分为给予乌司他丁联合生长抑素治疗的观察组和单独给与乌司他丁治疗的对照组,观察治疗后症状恢复时间及外周血血糖、胰高血糖素水平恢复情况。结果观察组患者腹痛、恶心、呕吐、发热的缓解时间明显短于对照组;观察组血糖和胰高血糖素水平在治疗后1天开始恢复,早于对照组。结论乌司他丁联合生长抑素治疗能够改善临床症状、促进应激状态和胰腺损伤恢复,具有积极的临床价值。
Objective To study the effect of ulinastatin combined with somatostatin in treating severe pancreatitis .Methods pa-tients with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into observation group was given ulinastatin combined with somatostatin and control group given ulinastatin .Then time of symptoms recovery and blood glucose ,blood glucagon level were observed .Results relief time of abdominal pain ,nausea ,vomiting ,fever of observation group were shorter than control group ;glucose and glucagon levels of ob-servation group recoverd from 1st day which were earlier than control group .Conclusion ulinastatin combined with somatostatin has posi-tive clinical value for it can improve the clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of stress and pancreatic injury .
