摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在提高老年患者动脉采血成功率方面的作用。方法成立"脉动圈"品管圈,通过现状调查分析,设定目标,制定整改措施,按品管圈程序开展实施和效果确认。结果有形成果:开展品管圈活动后老年患者动脉采血成功率明显高于活动前,穿刺成功率由活动前的72.5%提高到90%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。无形成果:品管圈方法运用、团队精神、专业知识、人际关系等方面得到显著提高。结论开展品管圈活动不仅提高了呼吸科老年患者动脉采血成功率,同时还提高了圈员的团队精神和管理能力。
Objective to study the function of quality control circles in improving the success rate of arterial puncture in elderly patients . Methods a quality control circle named arteriopalmus circle was established .Through analysis and investigation ,the aim of the circle was set and the rectification measures were made .We followed the QCC procedures to implement and confirm the effect .Results ⑴ tangible Results after the QCC activity was carried out ,the success rate of arterial puncture in elderly patients was significantly improved from 72.5% before the activity to 90% ,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01);⑵ intangible Results the team members’ recognitions and knowledge of the applica-tion of quality control circle ,community sprit ,professional knowledge ,interpersonal relationship were significantly improved .Conclusion the quali-ty control circle activity not only improved the success rate of arterial puncture ,but also improved the teamwork sprit and management ability of the team members .
