摘要
目的探讨院前急诊在脾破裂保脾治疗中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2010年1月~2013年3月收治的117例脾破裂保脾治疗患者的临床资料进行研究分析,通过内科保守治疗、脾动脉栓塞、射频辅助保脾手术三种方式进行治疗。结果本次研究选取的117例脾破裂患者,保脾率97.4%。结论该组资料显示,对于脾破裂正确的院前分诊决策有助于提高脾破裂患者保脾成功率。进一步的量化指标研究能够为院前分诊提供可靠依据。
Objective To investigate the rupture of spleen preserving treatment of emergency clinical application value in the spleen .Methods 117 cases of splenic in our hospital in 2010 January to 2013 year in March were retrospectively analyzed clinical data of rupture of spleen preser-ving treatment of patients with conservative treatment ,Department of internal medicine ,splenic artery embolization ,radiofrequency assisted spleen preserving operation in three ways of treatment .Results The 117 cases of spleen rupture were selected this study ,spleen preserving rate 97.4% .Conclusion The data showed that ,for the rupture of spleen right pre hospital triage decision is helpful to improve the success rate in pa-tients with splenic rupture of spleen preserving .Quantitative research further to provide a reliable basis for prehospital triage .
