摘要
结合近年来承担设计的上海"卢湾区65号地块南区发展项目",研究与地铁共建地下空间开发项目实施过程中的难点及思路,既要保证相邻地铁的运营要求和项目场地其他要求(如本项目需满足作为世博会场地的相关要求),同时需满足项目自身的建设和运营筹划,此外尚需确保周边环境的安全,从而进行合理有效的项目总体设计筹划。
According to the design of ' development projects of south part of No.65 plot in Luwan District' in Shanghai in recent years,problems and methods in the implementation of underground space development and subway construction are studied.It's important to ensure the operational requirements of subway and other requirements of the project site as relevant requirements as the Expo venue.Underground space development also need to meet construction and planned operation requirements,in addition to the safety of the surrounding environment,thus to fulfill a reasonable and effective overall design planning.
